Chocolate and Mascarpone Frosting Cream

I will describe this chocolate  mascarpone cream in big words, but after you try it, you will understand why. It is ideal for cakes (inside a cake or for frostng cakes, macarons, tarts, etc.)

Here goes: The best and most versatile chocolate cream I've ever come across!

Oh, did I tell you it's ready in 5 minutes?
  • 166 g Dark Chocolate (55% cocoa)

  • 40 g Cream

  • 2 pc Egg Yolk

Put them in a kettle, on hot water(make sure no water gets inside) and heat until all the chocolate is melted.

  • 250 g Mascarpone

  • 15 g Powder Sugar

  • 40 g Cream

Put them in a bowl and mix using a whisk of hand mixer.

Pour the warm chocolate over the cold Mascarpone and mix until combined.

The cream is done! Enjoy!
