Cream Cheese Frosting

Cream cheese frosting is a very versatile cream based on cream cheese and butter, which is used in many cakes (carrot cake, red velvet, etc.). I will show you a method to obtain a very fluffy and airy cream.

For 750g of cream:

  • 180 g Butter

  • 120 g Powdered Sugra

  • 1 buc. Vanilla Essence

Mix the very soft butter with the powdered sugar and vanilla essence for at least 5 minutes, until it becomes very fluffy and lightens in color.

  • 450 g Cream Cheese

Add the cold cream cheese over the butter and mix for about 30 seconds until a homogeneous and fluffy cream is obtained that can be used directly, without leaving it to cool.
